Pineapple Salad Juice

Recipes ingredients:
•  1 Pineapple, select a ripe
•  5 Strawberry
•  200 g Melon
•  200 g Watermelon
•  2 pieces of Passion fruit, dredging contents
•  200 ml Orange juice
•  10 pieces of Mint, roughly chopped

How to juicing:
1. Cut pineapple, strawberry, melon and watermelon.
2. Mix all fruits in a bowl.
3. Store in refrigerator until serving.
4. Mix the passion fruit, orange juice, and mint.
5. Stir well until the passion fruit seeds apart.
6. Pour over fruit and stir well.
7. Serve immediately

Banana Orange Juice

Honey

Recipe ingredients:
•  6 units squeezed orange
•  1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
•  2 tsp fresh ginger (finely grated)
•  2 bananas
•  1 / 4 cup honey
•  ice cubes (optional)

How to juicing:
1.  Enter an already squeezed orange juice, lemon juice, ginger, bananas, honey and ice cubes into blender.
2.  Stir until blended and smooth.
3.  Pour into serving glasses.

K2C Juice (Kai-lan, Cauliflower, Cucumber)


Recipe ingredients:
•  100 gr Kai-lan (with the stem and leaves), chopped
•  200 g cauliflower, cut into pieces
•  200 g cucumber, diced
•  1 tbsp lemon juice / lime

How to juicing:
1.  Enter Kai-lan, cauliflower, and cucumber in a blender alternately.
2.  Process, and enter the juice into a glass.
3.  Bubuhi lemon juice / lime juice. Serve immediately.

Lettuce Melon Juice

Recipe ingredients:
•  150 grams of leaf lettuce, thinly sliced
•  200 grams of melon, cut into pieces
•  6 mint leaves
•  100 ml of liquid non-fat fresh milk
•  Bilimbi, cut into pieces
•  4 pieces of ice cubes

How to juicing:
1.  Insert pieces of melon, lettuce, mint leaves, bilimbi into a blender, reserving juice.
2.  Enter melon juice mixture and lettuce leaves into the blender jar.
3.  Add non-fat milk and ice cubes. Puree until smooth ice.

4. Pour into serving glasses, serve immediately.
