Celery Carrot Juice

Carrots contain a complete chemical reply. Just mention them, sugar, carotene, pectin, apspagin, Vit A, B, C, D, E, K, fiber, fat, hydrate, charcoal, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, amino acids, essential oil and beta carotene.

Celery also contains phytosterols, which are very efficacious for lowering blood cholesterol levels. In addition to working to prevent cancer and establish a good skin permeability. Celery is also beneficial to maintain oral hygiene and dental health, especially for the elderly.

Recipe ingredients: 

•  300 g carrots
•  1 handful of celery leaves (3 tbsp)
•  2 cloves garlic
•  1 teaspoon salt
•  1 tsp pepper powder

How to juicing:
1. All the ingredients are mixed and put in juicer.
2. Taken juice without fiber by using a juice extractor or filter.

With the growing stress and toxins in our daily life, we need anti oxidant rich diet which will help us to improve our immunity. I take juice in breakfast. It keeps me healthy. I think everyone should include juice in their diet plan for a healthy life.
