Apple Carrot Juice

Apple Carrot Juice
Bilimbi
Recipe ingredients:
•  75 g medium-size red apple
•  50 g medium-size carrot
•  1/2 lime, take the water
•  4 Bilimbi (if liked)
•  100 ml water
•  1 tablespoon liquid palm sugar
•  ice cubes to taste

How to juicing:
1. Put the apples, carrots, lemon juice, bilimbi, water, juice and palm sugar to taste ice cubes into the blender.
2. Stir until smooth and blended.
3. Pour into a glass. Serve.

Benefits:
1. Apple juice is highly recommended for hypertensive patients with overweight, cholesterol, and hyperactivity simpatetis nerve.
2. Apples are rich in potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium.
3. Apples are also high in fiber low in fat and water soluble.
4. The fruits is good for lowering cholesterol and facilitate digestion.
5. Vitamins C and B, it is important to maintain healthy nerves and increase HDL (good fatty acids).
