Orange Juice

Recipe ingredients:
•  3 orange fruit remove skin and seed
•  50 ml water
•  20 ml sugar water
•  200 grams of ice cubes

How to juicing:
1.  Enter oranges, water and sugar into a blender
2.  Stir until smooth and blended.
3.  Pour into a glass. Serve with ice cubes.

3.  Minimize the risk of heart attack
4.  Cope with flu and fever
