Soursop and Guava Juice

Soursop
Recipe ingredients:
•  200 gr soursop
•  1 piece of red guava
•  1 tablespoon vanilla
•  10 pieces of mint leaves
•  500 ml ice water

How to juicing:
1. Soursop seeded, reserving flesh
2. Cut guava. Do not forget to clean the seeds.
3. Enter the soursop, guava, vanilla syrup, mint leaves, and water ice into the blender bowl.
4. Blend until all the dough together.

5. Pour into serving glasses. Serve immediately.


Benefits:
1. Soursop contain a complete vitamin, mineral, protein, and carbohydrates (starch).
2. This juice also contain high calcium, iron and phosphorus.
3. The high fiber useful to smooth bowel movements and prevent constipation.
