Milk Guava Juice

Recipe ingredients:
•  3 Red guava fruit, discard skin, cut into pieces
•  White milk (to taste)
•  250 ml cold water
•  Ice cubes to taste

How to Juicing:
1.  Enter guava and 150 ml of cold water into a juicer and blend until smooth.
2.  Filter with coarse sieve.
3.  Add white milk to taste and remains cold water into a blender, and blend briefly.
4.  Serve with ice cubes add according to taste.

Benefits:
1.  Lowering cholesterol levels.
2.  Preventing and treating canker sores.
3.  Prevent bone loss.
