Banana Soy Smoothie Juice

Recipe ingredients:
•  Bananas , peeled, cut into pieces
•  250 ml soy milk or silken tofu
•  1 tsp clear honey (optional)
•  Ice cubes to taste

How to Juicing:
1. Insert the banana, milk / silken tofu and ice cubes into blender.

2. Once mixed, put the honey into a blender in a state of light.
3. Blend until smooth taste.
4. Pour into a glass, decorate with banana slices.

Benefits:
1. Reduces insomnia.
2. Normalize blood pressure.
